There was a minute's applause at Fratton Park on Saturday prior to the match against Watford in honour of the former Pompey player Len Phillips who died in early December.
Phillips played for Pompey between 1946 and 1956 and played in the Championship winning teams of 1948-49 and 1949-50. He won three caps for England.
